72% A number of actions have been planned. All staff to be trained on providing lifestyle advice. Two staff to attend a healthy living pharmacy workshop and all other staff will be trained too for the pharmacy to gain healthy living status. Three staff members have been booked for stop smoking sessions and service will be provided actively.

Pharmacy will do its best to ensure there is sufficienty stock for everyone. Sometimes medications are out of stock which are beyond our control but we will do our very best to ensure alternatives are requested immediately from our GPs. Adding extra seating in the pharmacy
