Patient asked for us to do automatic repeats - from experience this does not work. ie. Creates wastage for NHS.

Items not ordered when patient returns.
Patient suggested more seats during busy periods. We are limited by space, also extra seats are available in the waiting room directly opposite pharmacy entrance.
