New LATE NIGHT Pharmacy  Opens in Finchampstead
The New Finchampstead Late Night Pharmacy opened its doors to patients at Finchampstead Surgery on Monday 20th May 2013 at 7am. 

The New Finchampstead Pharmacy is situated at the Finchampstead Surgery in newly designed integrated premises.  The pharmacy is a joint venture between the established specialist primary care pharmacy operator Community Pharmacies (UK) Ltd and GPs at Finchampstead Surgery.

Finchampstead Pharmacy provides a full range of services including NHS and Private Prescription Dispensing, Healthcare & Medicines Advice and a FREE Prescription Collection and Delivery Service.  The pharmacy also offers a range of self-selection and over the counter medicines at competitive prices.

Community Pharmacies (UK) Ltd’s Managing Director Andrew Murray said “We are delighted to be opening a new pharmacy in Finchampstead.  This has been a long time in the planning and we are pleased to have been able to provide this accessible and convenient service for the local community.

Dr Robin Mellows from Finchampstead Surgery said “We have been working on the development of a pharmacy for the Finchampstead community for many years and we have overcome many challenges to deliver this fantastic new facility.  In addition to providing general medical services we are now able to integrate medicines management and pharmaceutical services into the services we provide our patients.  We are confident that the integration of pharmacy with our surgery will ensure that we are able to provide an exceptional service for patients and we look forward to continuing to provide the community of Finchampstead with a broad range of healthcare services.”

The New Finchampstead Pharmacy will be open from 20th May 2013 at Finchampstead Surgery.  Opening hours are Monday to Saturday from 7.00am to 10.30pm and on Sundays between 10am and 5pm and the pharmacy is open to all and not just patients registered with Finchampstead Surgery.
