Felixstowe Pharmacy launches FREE Sexual Health Service
The team at Felixstowe Pharmacy are happy to announce that we now provide the C-card scheme from our pharmacy.
The C-card scheme, which is co-ordinated by the Terrence Higgins Trust, is available to young people aged between 13-24 years old who can register at the pharmacy to get a range of free condoms, femidoms, lube, dams, information and advice. The aim of the service is to promote reproductive and sexual health and help young people to access local healthcare services in Suffolk.

Once a young person is registered on the scheme they will be able to use the service at a number of outlets which can be easily recognised by the logo shown on the right. This service is completely confidential and all records of the use of this service remain private. In exceptional circumstances, where a health worker thinks you might be in serious danger, they might feel there is a need to pass information on but, even if they feel it appropriate to do so they must discuss this with the young person using the service before they inform anyone else.

With our long opening times we are easily accessible and all our staff are approachable and easy to talk to so feel free to pop in and have a chat with a member of the team.
