"Didn’t have stock of an item that I needed"

It isn&rsuo;t possible to keep stock of all the thousands of items that the NHS can provide, but we try to keep adequate stock of all commonly prescribed items. We monitor both the stock levels and the number of items we have to owe, making sure we perform significantly better than the industry norm.
